Monday eye candy

All I want to do is paint everything white lately. The walls, the floors, the stairs, the railings...there is just something so clean and pure about all these looks. I cannot wait for the day I can paint my whole house white, and then paint a wall navy blue. Yes, the husband thinks I am certifiably insane.

Clearly I am a bit late

Apparently Lily Aldridge, my current girl obsession, walked in the VS Fashion Show back in November. How I missed this is completely beyond me but look at her! I have a serious girl crush!

Hey [Big] Spender

Two of my newest pairs of shoes. Did a little shopping on Forever21.com and let me tell you, these badboys are actually pretty decent for the $20 price tag. The first pair have a scary high heel- its gotta be about 5 1/2 inches, but they are actually comfortable. Second pair are a really cool grey/taupe color with about 4 inch heels. Loving my purchases!

Beer Me

This past weekend I headed up to Boston to hit the Beer Summit with some college friends. It was, to say the least, an interesting experience. Starting to drink at 11am was never a good idea, not in college, and definitely not when you are 28.

These two. Where to start. First, I cant even tell you where this photo was taken. I think we shocked every person that was outside the beer summit by being semi drunk after 30 minutes of being there. These two yelled at me for not blogging about them, for not posting about them, and then for taking too long to take this picture. I swear, you just cant win. So, here are Jan and Mariah. Two of the funnest and funniest people I know. They look a little shell shocked, but maybe that was just the smell from the port-a-potties around the corner! Happy girls?

Totally digging the Aje summer 2010 looks. Sort of makes me want to get tattoos all over my body. Sort of. That leather mini with pretty pink blazer is to.die.for. Fa' Empel is looking gorgeous as usual. Cant quite figure out what it is about her that I love so much, maybe the fact that she is completely f'ing unique looking and rocks these clothes!

The Saints Go Marching In...

Obsessed doesnt even come close to the amount of lust I have for these boots. I dont need them, but OMG do I want them. They are just so pretty to look at...all motorcycle and tassle and shiny leather and cool little strap under the perfect heighted heel. I swear I will eat Ramen Noodles and Pasta for the next two months just to save the money to buy these. The boots, and all other eye candy below, can be found Here. There stuff is so military yet girly. I am currently stalking the site to find out the exact location of the store in Berlin so I can visit it during our Europe trip mentioned here. I cant stop looking at those boots. Who ever said they dont believe in love at first site should probably skip on over to the website and take the plunge themselves.

J to the P

For months now my best friend Jenn has been saying things to me like "do a post about me" and "Im your best friend and I get no blog love". Well Jenny P, it looks like today is your lucky day. Not only did you start your new amazing job, but you are being featured on my lovely little blog. Finding photos that captured Jenn and all her energy was tough- maybe because I know her too well, or maybe because I was scared that no matter what I put on here, she would have something to say about. So, without further adieu, here is my ode to you fidget!

Hunters. Yea, maybe this makes no sense because I dont think she owns these, but they remind me of her because rain boots are for little kids, and I can totally picture jenn jumping into puddles all over the Bean.

Black and white all over. Reminds me of Jenns old bedroom in her crazy apartment in Cambridge. This photo reminds me of her and all the out of control nights we had while she lived there. They wont ever be forgotten.

Yes, okay I may be getting ahead of myself but this whimsical little dress is exactly what I picture Jenn in one day. Maybe I am way off, but it would be so cute!
